While you were sleeping: Warriors channel Showtime, Popovich not a fan of Trump or Sanders

Good morning! A lot happens in sports, even when you’re busy doing other non-sports-y stuff. So here are the top headlines and moments from yesterday, in case you missed anything while you were either celebrating or shaking your head at the results from the New Hampshire primaries.

Stylin’ and profilin’ ‘Dubs

So the Warriors won last night; you’ve heard that before. They beat the Rockets 123-110 to move to 47-4, the best 51-game start in NBA history. Did you expect anything different? Probably not. But you must check out this highlight of the ‘Dubs straight stylin’ on the Rockets, looking like the Showtime Lakers:

Stephen Curry and James Harden had an entertaining duel, with Curry scoring 35 points to go with nine assists and five rebounds. Harden put up 37 points, five assists and five rebounds.

Best of Gregg Popovich

Our must-see moment comes from San Antonio’s 119-101 win over Miami. Spurs coach Gregg Popovich has done some epic sideline interviews, but this one ranks near the top. Check out Pop’s hilarious reaction when he finds out the results of the New Hampshire primaries:

John Wall ballin’

A bonus must-see highlight comes from Washington’s 111-108 win over New York, as John Wall was straight ballin’. He dropped 28 points and dished out 17 assists. It’s his second game this season with 25+ points and 15+ assists; the rest of the NBA has combined for three such games. Check the highlights of his battle with Carmelo Anthony, who had 33 points and 13 rebounds:

David Price gives back

Boston Red Sox pitcher David Price donated $300,000 to help build a baseball field for special-needs children in his hometown of Murfreesboro, Tenn. Miracle Field will be designed specifically for kids with disabilities, including those in wheelchairs, and is expected to be completed by spring 2017.

Look cool every morning. Find out what you missed in the sports world while you were sleeping, and impress your friends and co-workers. We won’t tell them you were actually just watching The Flash on CW.
