While you were sleeping: Clippers use late comeback to beat Thunder, Kobe gives away his kicks, Dunk show in Memphis

Good morning! A lot happens in sports, even when you’re busy doing other non-sports-y stuff. So here are the top headlines and moments from yesterday, in case you missed anything while you were watching the premiere of Hap And Leonard on Sundance.

Clippers strike down the Thunder in huge comeback

What the hell is going on in Oklahoma City? The Thunder gave up a 22-point lead and fell to the Clippers, 103-98, on Wednesday. Los Angeles ended the game on a 26-5 run and received strong performances from Chris Paul (21 points, 13 assists) and DeAndre Jordan (20 points, 18 rebounds). Check the highlights:

Kevin Durant had 30 points and 11 rebounds and Russell Westbrook had 24 points and 12 assists for OKC, but they shot a combined 20-of-48 from the field. The Thunder have now lost five of their seven games since the All-Star break. Thought to be a legitimate contender in the West, they will need to figure something out before the postseason. Kicks from a legend

Kobe Bryant is making the most of his retirement tour, bringing joy to as many people as possible. In the Lakers’ 117-107 loss to the Nuggets Wednesday night, he signed his game sneakers and gave them to two kids in the crowd in Denver. Bryant is the definition of a legend.

Dunk party in Memphis

Our must-see moment comes from the Grizzlies’ 104-98 win over the Kings as the players put on a bit of a dunk contest. Quincy Acy got way up and dunked all over Chris Anderson:

Rookie Willie Cauley-Stein put Zach Randolph on a poster:

But the greatest of all was Vince Carter, who reminded everyone that he is still the real O.G. when it comes to playing above the rim:
