Joan Jett, Kenny Laguna and Kristen Stewart celebrate 40 years of ‘I Love Rock ‘n Roll’ & ‘Bad Reputation’

Put another dime in the jukebox and pay tribute to the Queen of Rock ‘n Roll and Godmother of Punk during a SiriusXM Virtual Town Hall with Joan Jett on Classic Rewind (Ch. 25). Premiering on November 18 at 3pm ET, the exclusive Town Hall will feature Jett, her producer/manager Kenny Laguna (both inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame) and celebrated actress Kristen Stewart.

In honor of the 40th anniversaries of the Bad Reputation and I Love Rock ‘n Roll albums, enjoy a special look back at the making of both. This SiriusXM Town Hall will premiere 40 years to the day that I Love Rock ‘n Roll was released. Be sure to check out the moments when Kristen surprises Joan with cameo appearances from friends Pete Townshend, Carrie Underwood and Cal Ripken Jr. Equally meaningful are the questions asked by the invited SiriusXM subscribers.

Stewart, who takes on the role of moderator for the evening, played Jett in the 2010 film Runaways and is currently getting Oscar buzz for her new portrayal of Princess Diana in Spencer, now in cinemas.
