The Tampa Bay Buccaneers began offseason workouts Monday, and one of the bigger storylines is Jameis Winston’s new and improved physique.

Winston has added plenty of muscle and is carrying 250 pounds, 19 more than his listed weight since the 2015 NFL Scouting Combine.

‘He looks natural to me’

Bruce Arians, the Bucs’ new head coach, is comfortable with having his quarterback at that size.

“He looks natural to me. I sure don’t see a bodybuilder of any kind or any flab on his body.”

“He looks great,” Arians told Alex Marvez and John Clayton during last week’s NFL meeting at Arizona. “He looks natural to me. I sure don’t see a bodybuilder of any kind or any flab on his body.

‘He’s a big man’

“He works out every day. And, I mean, if that’s his natural weight, because he’s a big man, I have no problem with it whatsoever.”
