Rob Gronkowski, Maria Menounos get together for latest SiriusXM Town Hall

New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski will be joining SiriusXM this Friday, July 17, for a Town Hall event hosted by Maria MeIt's Good to Be Gronknounos.

The 2015 Super Bowl champion will sit down in front of a live audience at SiriusXM studios in New York and discuss a number of topics such as his life, career and his new book, It’s Good to be Gronk, was released on July 14.

“Gronk” grew up in Williamsville, N.Y., in a family of five brothers, all of whom played sports at at least the collegiate level. He was drafted by the Patriots in 2010 out of the University of Arizona, and has been consistently one of the top players in the NFL at his position since his debut. Gronk led all NFL tight ends in receiving in 2011 with 1,327 yards, and again in 2014 with 1,124 yards. Off the field, Gronkowski’s built a reputation for hilarious appearances in late night TV and commercials.

“SiriusXM listeners, Maria and I are going to help kick off your weekend with some Gronk style fun,” Gronkowski said.

Menounos, a “die-hard” New England Patriots fan, is known for both appearing on and hosting shows such as Extra and Access Hollywood, and currently works for E! Entertainment. Menounos has also appeared in acting roles in films and television shows, occasionally worked with WWE as a host and performer, and interviewed Howard Stern at the Howard Stern Birthday Bash.
