National Native American Heritage Month — celebrated every November — is dedicated to uplifting the history, heritage, traditions, and continuous cultural contributions of the Indigenous people of this land, including American Indians and Alaskan Natives. Additionally, Native American Heritage Day is honored every year on the day after Thanksgiving in the United States — Friday, November 25.

Native Voices

Join SiriusXM in celebrating by listening to an exclusive music special called Native Voices. Hosted by Native American Music Awards president Ellen Bello, the special pays tribute to the survival and success of America’s original roots, and includes songs by artists like Jimi Hendrix, Robbie Robertson, and Ronnie Spector (who come from Native American lineage).
