Mike Tyson tells Howard Stern about three interesting encounters from his life

One of the world’s most interesting men, Mike Tyson, appeared on The Howard Stern Show Wednesday to promote his new Adult Swim series, Mike Tyson Mysteries.

During his interview with The King of All Media, Tyson recalled several stories from throughout his life. Among them were a trio of encounters with a few other very interesting men:

The guy who got in a motorcycle accident in front of Tyson

I’m driving the car, and all a sudden, boom, I see the guy go down. … I went over there and made sure he laid on his back, and he was moving.

And I said, “Hey, don’t move, don’t move, don’t move.”

He said, “I’m in pain, I’m in pain, I’m in pain!”

I said, “Don’t effin’ move!”

He said, “Is this Mike Tyson? Am I dead? … Can I take a selfie with you?”

I said, “No, you can’t take no g–damn selfie!”

A serial killer who interviewed Tyson

A guy in Phoenix, Arizona, and I’m being interviewed. He’s a very frail kind of guy. Very frail, white guy, small, little chubby, small hands. And it’s Ramadan, so I’m the righteous Muslim dude. I got the Quran, walking … I’m talking, I’m being profound, and being righteous and stuff, and he was so nice, and we took a picture.

A week or two later, when Ramadan is over, I’m in a gym … FBI came to see me. And I went out the night before … I’m saying to myself, “Whose ass did I grab last night? What the hell did I do?” …

I said, “Yes?”

And he said, “Mr. Tyson, do you know this gentleman?”

I said, “Yes, yes, listen, this is the reporter guy. If I was a little too tough, if I frightened him, I’m really sorry, I didn’t mean to.”

He said, “No, Mr. Tyson, he liked you. He didn’t like the other 15 people that he shot and the six that he killed.” …

The reason why they came to me, because they had me on his Face page shaking his hand.

Robin Williams

I knew Robin. We met each other, people that deal with this situation [who suffer from depression], we know each other. We all know each other. We meet each other. I’ve been at a meeting with him. …

This very interesting. When I met him, and he said, “I was waiting for you.” And he started telling me about somebody I was purchasing from or whatever. And in my mind, I’m saying, you look up at Robin, he has high standards, and I say to myself, “How does he know this low-life dealer that I got? They shouldn’t even be in the same state together because of the status.”

You go to any measure to get high or to use when you’re in this situation, so everyone knows everybody.
