Michigan State Spartans 2014 camp tour report from SiriusXM College Sports Nation

SiriusXM College Sports Nation’s third annual college football camp tour continued on Monday, Aug. 19th, as Mark Packer and Eddie George visited the Michigan State University and the Spartans.

Michigan State Spartans season preview

Last year the Spartans went 13-1 and were Rose Bowl champions. Eddie George talks about what he noticed during the camp tour stop.

“This team is hungry,” George said. “They are focused, and they are very determined to build off last season.”

After a successful campaign in 2014, George says this season is about how Michigan State will handle the high expectations.

“After talking to the players and coaches, they’ve embraced it, they want to be better,” George said. “They’re not just happy being the Rose Bowl champions.”
