Matty Lawrence calls Alexi Lalas a ‘jealous ex-player’ after slamming USMNT

Former USMNT defender Alexi Lalas recently called the current national team players a bunch of “soft, underperforming, tattooed millionaires.” SiriusXM FC host and former Crystal Palace defender Matty Lawrence had some choices words for Lalas during The Football Show on Tuesday morning.

“I just see that as another jealous ex-player bemoaning the fact that most people have forgotten that he used to kick a soccer ball about!”
