Landon Donovan: Desire to play for USMNT is more important than where player is from

US Men’s National Team legend Landon Donovan called in, unannounced, to The United States of Soccer with Jason Davis.

US Men’s National Team legend Landon Donovan called in, unannounced, to The United States of Soccer with Jason Davis to discuss comments made by USMNT goalkeeper Tim Howard regarding dual nationals playing for the United States.

It’s not about where the player is from, it’s about the desire to wear the USA shirt. Landon also revealed he had to make a choice.
