Kevin Durant left OKC to win a championship; now he’s a champion: Adam Schein

The Golden State Warriors are NBA champions for the second time in three seasons – and in the clinching Game 5, it was clear that Kevin Durant was determined to hoist up his first title.

Of course, there are a lot of people who weren’t – and still aren’t – pleased with KD leaving Oklahoma City to join a 73-win Golden State squad. Mad Dog Sports Radio (Ch. 82) host Adam Schein has a message for all those people:

“I don’t want to hear the garbage and the crap and the nonsense, and the clueless take, ‘well, he didn’t earn it. He joined the 73-win juggernaut. He took the easy way out.’ What the hell does that even mean?” Schein said. “Kevin Durant left OKC to win a championship. You know what he is today? A champion.”
