Entourage fans, rejoice! Kevin Connolly – or should we say, “E” – recently stopped by Sway in the Morning to confirm the news we all wanted to hear:

The Entourage movie is a go!

Connolly not only talked all things Entourage; he also revealed he is a huge Eminem fan, recalling a time when the leader of Shade 45 was on the set of the hit TV show.

So what’s new for Connolly? In his latest gig, he’s swapped his acting shoes for the director’s chair in the new documentary, Big Shot, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and aired in ESPN’s 30 for 30 series. The flick highlights Connolly’s favorite hockey team, the New York Islanders, focusing on John Spano’s controversial time as owner.

The director role isn’t new for Connolly, though. He’s actually directed a few music videos in the past – including videos with Ne-Yo and The Game – and has several TV and film credits under his belt.

Wondering what the hardest part about directing Big Shot was? Or just want to hear more about Entourage? (I mean, who doesn’t!) Watch the entire interview below!
