No matter how you slice it, Boston Celtics point guard Isaiah Thomas’ contract is the biggest bargain in the NBA.

As SiriusXM NBA Radio’s Joel Meyers and Brian Geltzeiler explained, Thomas is getting paid just over $6 million this season and next. Considering he’s the best player on the third-place team in the East, that’s quite the deal for the Celtics.

“The ball is in his hands all the time, that’s where he’s going to excel,” Geltzeiler said. “You look at what he’s done with the Celtics offense, it’s been tremendous.”
