Four-time champ and Lakers favorite, Horace Grant, isn’t so sure that LaVar is putting Lonzo in the best scenario to succeed.

Whether he’s claiming he could have beaten Michael Jordan 1-on-1 back in his “prime,” or getting defensive about the $495 price tag on his Big Baller Brand’s shoes, LaVar can’t keep himself out of the headlines.

“You’re going to have guys like Steph and Klay, Russell Westbrook…Chris Paul – you can go on and on – are going to target this young man,” Grant told SiriusXM NBA Radio, XM Ch. 86, Sirius Ch. 207. “Nothing physical, but they’re going to try their best to embarrass him.”
