Halsey and SUGA “Lilith (Diablo IV Anthem)” single art“Lilith (Diablo IV Anthem)” is a reimagining of the track “Lilith” from Halsey’s 2021 album If I Can’t Have Love, I Want Power.

In partnership with Blizzard Entertainment’s highly anticipated game and directed by Henry Hobson, the visually stunning music video for “Lilith (Diablo IV Anthem)” was filmed in various locations, including the Chapelle des Jésuites in Cambrai, France, where the ambiance was enriched by paintings and a 160-foot mural inspired by the game.

Rod Fergusson, General Manager of Diablo at Blizzard Entertainment, describes the collaboration as a beautiful culmination of Halsey and SUGA’s shared passion for the Diablo universe and its symbolism. The reinterpreted version of Halsey’s “Lilith” not only showcases their musical talents but also serves as a piece of art and narrative that immerses listeners in the desperate world of Sanctuary. Fergusson highlights the resolute spirit required to confront one’s demons, regardless of their form, and praises the artists for capturing this essence in their anthem.

“Having spent countless hours in Sanctuary with my family, I’m here as both a fan and a collaborator, ” Halsey said in a statement. “Plus I’ve always wanted to do a concept with SUGA with this type of dark mythology.”

“Working with Halsey on a track for the Diablo universe has been an incredible joy. I hope the track resonates with many people worldwide,” added SUGA.

Both singers star in the new music video, with Halsey taking the role of the titular mythological character, Lilith. The first 20 seconds of the music video were unveiled at the grand Diablo IV launch event held at Vibiana in Downtown Los Angeles on May 31. Now, the full music video is here.
