English rockers Foals released their fourth studio album, What Went Down, back in August 2015. The record marked the band’s heaviest and loudest to date and peaked at No. 58 on the Billboard 200. The five-piece band are about to hit to road on a UK tour, but ahead of their jaunt, they stopped by the SiriusXM studios in New York city where they joined Julia Cunningham on SiriusXMU (Ch. 35) to chat about their most recent record and perform a stripped-down version of their single Mountain At My Gate as well as a cover of Daffodils by Mark Ronson and Kevin Parker (Tame Impala) off 2015’s Uptown Special, turning the psych-pop-infused dance-funk track into a heavier, buzzier synth-and-bass-driven number.

You can hear their full SiriusXMU Session tonight at 9 pm ET and again on 1/21 at 3 am and 4 pm ET; 1/22 at 9 am ET; and 1/24 at 12 pm ET. It will also be available on Demand online and on the SiriusXM app.
