Once again it’s time to express our gratitude for good music, good food, and the farmers that grow it, as we celebrate Thanksgiving weekend with our special rebroadcasts of the annual Farm Aid festival that will air on Willie Nelson’s exclusive SiriusXM channel, Willie’s Roadhouse (Ch. 59). Tune in November 28 from 2pm to 9pm ET.Hosted by Willie’s daughter Paula Nelson, SiriusXM’s annual Farm Aid Thanksgiving Weekend Feast will feature seven hours of highlights from Farm Aid’s 2021 festival, held this past September in Hartford, CT. The live event was originally simulcast both on Willie’s Roadhouse and on fellow board member Dave Matthews’ very own SiriusXM channel, DMB Radio (Ch. 30).

Along with long-running headliners Willie Nelson & Family, John Mellencamp and Dave Matthews, who performed acoustically with Tim Reynolds, the organization welcomed Margo Price to its Board of Directors this year. Her debut performance as part of the Board featured a cover of “Homegrown” by Neil Young, who was absent from this year’s festivities.

The event also featured performances Tyler Childers, Nathaniel Rateliff and The Night Sweats, Bettye LaVette, Jamey Johnson, Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real, Allison Russell, Particle Kid, and Ian Mellencamp.

Farm Aid has raised more than $60 million to promote a strong and resilient family farm system of agriculture. Farm Aid is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to keep family farmers on the land. For more information on the festival and how to support Farm Aid, visit the organization’s website.
