And in the end… the winner of SiriusXM’s Beatles Abbey Road Anniversary Sweepstakes was Tammi Thomas!

The Idaho native and her husband, Mike, spent an unforgettable day on September 26 at Abbey Road Studios listening to the newly remixed Abbey Road Anniversary Edition album. They also chatted with Beatles expert Kevin Howlett during an exclusive live broadcast from Abbey Road Studios on The Beatles Channel (Ch. 18). Tammi and Mike: “We have listened to SiriusXM for several years, and when I saw The Beatles Abbey Road 50^th Anniversary London Sweepstakes I had to enter. We love The Beatles, and I was thinking, ‘What are the odds?’ Well, they were in my favor. I could not believe it when I received the call saying I had won. Mike and I had a blast touring London. We toured Buckingham Palace, The Tower of London and Tower Bridge, but the most exciting part of our trip was when we arrived at Abbey Road Studios. There were so many people walking across the famous crosswalk, which we did dressed as Ringo and John. We then went inside Abbey Road Studios to listen to the album in Studio 2, where the album was made. The sound was absolutely fantastic! This was definitely one of the best vacations for us thus far. Thank you, SiriusXM, for this amazing experience.”
