When Stephen Colbert says you’re “very funny,” it has to be true. The Late Show host was spot-on when he introduced comic Emma Willmann on The Late Show last night, telling his audience simply, “You’re in for a treat.”

The Raw Dog Comedy host took advantage of the viewing audience by doing a bit that wouldn’t land on the radio.

“I get so frustrated when people think I’m trying to look like Ellen DeGeneres,” she noted of her short blonde hair and preppy blazer. “It’s so frustrating, because I’m trying so hard to look like Nick Carter, you know?”

In another bit, Willmann earned even bigger laughs: “I hate that stereotype that lesbians are mean to men. I’m like, you think lesbians are mean to men? Have you ever talked to a straight, married woman over 45? Mean to men? Give her some white zinfandel, she’ll commit a hate crime. She doesn’t care.”

Watch Willmann’s full set from The Late Show with Stephen Colbert below. Her next episode of The Check Spot airs Oct. 4 at 3 p.m. ET on SiriusXM Raw Dog Comedy (Ch. 99).
