‘8 Mile’ Screenwriter Scott Silver Joins Paul Rosenberg on ‘Paul Pod: Curtain Call 2’

Eminem’s longtime manager, Paul Rosenberg, talks with the screenwriter behind 8 Mile, Scott Silver, during a special edition of Rosenberg’s original SiriusXM podcast series: Paul Pod: Curtain Call 2. The episode premieres December 21 at 9pm ET on Shade 45 (Ch. 45).

On Episode 11, Silver talks with Rosenberg about how he became the writer behind the genre classic 8 Mile, including the first time he met Eminem and the ways he collected stories and background information to help make the film authentic. Scott reveals the original title of the film as well as his impressions upon hearing “Lose Yourself,” the infamous deleted ‘horse scene,’ and so much more.
