Held annually over Labor Day weekend on New York City’s Randall’s Island (located on the East River between Manhattan, Queens and the Bronx), Electric Zoo hosts over 85,000 attendees each year to see performances by the top names in electronic music. Internationally renowned, cities like Tokyo, São Paulo, Shanghai and Mexico City have even hosted their own editions of the festival.

This year, the 13th edition of Electric Zoo featured headliners like Armin Van Buuren, Diplo, Martin Garrix and more — a lineup that was partially informed by voting from fans. Live sets and interviews were broadcast on Diplo’s exclusive SiriusXM channel, Diplo’s Revolution (Ch. 52). Billed as “Electric Zoo 3.0,” the 2022 festival had a special Web3 theme, as electronic artists have been some of the music industry’s forerunners of this technological future.
