The worlds of EDM and digital finance grow closer every day. Crypto on the Beat, a new SiriusXM exclusive podcast, explores how Bitcoin, NFTs and all things cryptocurrency are becoming more mainstream as many of our favorite DJs and producers join the conversation and get more involved — from 3LAU showing up as a featured guest on CNBC to Calvin Harris dropping his first NFT collection. At the intersection of music and cryptocurrency, the podcast covers everything you need to know about this bold new era of technology, featuring interviews with the most influential DJs, musicians, traders and industry insiders.

Listen now on the SXM App, Pandora and Stitcher, as well as on VOLUME (Ch. 106).

Hosted by Danny Valentino, whose voice you may recognize from BPM (Ch. 51) and Studio 54 Radio (Ch. 54), each episode of Crypto on the Beat will start with crypto news, dive into the conversation on social media, Clubhouse and within the music community, and then focus on a feature interview with musical talent. In addition to his passion for electronic music, Valentino spent 15 years working in finance and has been following the cryptocurrency space since its creation.

In the debut episode, DJ and blockchain expert 3LAU talks getting music fans involved in the crypto marketplace and what it was like to be the first artist to sell an album in NFT form. On May 31, dance music icon Kaskade talks metaverse concerts, video games and how his Roblox concert finally earned him proper “street cred” with his kids. And on June 14, global superstar Steve Aoki talks about his newly created ‘Aok1verse,’ outfitting his Las Vegas home for the metaverse and why Web3 is the future for creators.
