Earlier this summer, SiriusXM hung out with some of country music’s biggest stars backstage for the 47th annual CMA Fest in Nashville.
On August 8, don’t miss ABC’s three-hour CMA Fest television special hosted by Kelsea Ballerini and Thomas Rhett. Ballerini said, prior to shooting this year’s show, she and co-host Rhett watched last year’s show again. She admits, “We were so embarrassed. We just looked super stiff. Our goal this year is to have fun and be in the moment.”
Leading up to the special on ABC, The Highway (Ch. 56) will be airing interviews from the festival with both hosts, as well as Jason Aldean, Florida Georgia Line, Dierks Bentley, Old Dominion, Brothers Osborne, Kane Brown, Brett Eldredge, Brett Young, Cole Swindell, Jake Owen, and Carly Pearce.
