Cleveland Browns trade up to #1? Jets take Paxton Lynch? It’s Movin’ the Chains’ Mock Draft #3

NFL Radio’s Pat Kirwan and Jim Miller are back at it this week with their third mock draft in advance of the 2016 NFL Draft later this month. So what changed between this week and Mock Draft #2 last week? Well, for one, Pat and Jim still think a big trade is gonna shake up the top five draft selections, but this week they think the Cleveland Browns are going to be the catalyst and not the Dallas Cowboys. That’s right, after picking up the rehab project, RGIII, the Browns are trading up to #1 for another QB. Here Pat and Jim break it down below:

Some other big moves? Both Jim and Pat think the Chargers are gonna be making a move for Mo Wilkerson from the J. E. T. S. and  think that New York will be drafting Paxton Lynch at the #7 pick.
