We saw the power of student protest during the Civil Rights Movement of the 1960s with demonstrations across the nation, led by figures like CT Vivian, Congressman John Lewis and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. These protests helped fuel a successful movement for equality. Today we are faced with a new civil rights struggle. And again students are on the front lines.

Danny Glover joins SiriusXM Urban View host and veteran civil rights leader Joe Madison for a roundtable that takes an incisive look at the next generation of activism, An American Conversation: On Campus, Protest To Progress.

Come let your voice be heard on February 25th at 7pm CT at Washington University in St. Louis’ Emerson Auditorium in Knight Hall.
