SiriusXM NFL Radio continued its 2015 Training Camp Tour, this time making stops around the NFC West, and this is what they learned:

St. Louis Rams

Rookie running back Todd Gurley is going to be patient returning from his injury.

“We’re not pushing anything, it’s just trying to take it day by day and week by week,” said Gurley. “Right now, whether its Week 5 or Week 1, 10 years from now nobody’s going to remember what you did the first five games.”

Seattle Seahawks

Russell Wilson is confident in his new tight end, Jimmy Graham, as well as the rest of the rest of his targets.

“He can catch anything you throw to him, anything in the vicinity,” Wilson said. “I think that we have a very very tough arsenal. It’s hard to figure out what we’re going to try to do, and I think the key is just staying on schedule.”

Arizona Cardinals

Quarterback Carson Palmer hopes to be healthy and ready to go for the new season.

“I just want it to be a normal off-season, a normal preseason and get ready for the regular season opener,” Palmer said, “It’s gone really good, and I haven’t had any hiccups. I wish there was a wooden table here to knock on.”

San Francisco 49ers

Vernon Davis learned to appreciate his NFL career through the retirement of Patrick Willis.

“To just see a guy like him retire and just hang it up with so much passion for the game, I mean you’ll look at him you’ll be like ‘this is guy is gonna play forever,” Davis said. “It actually gave me some insight, gave me some fire. It just made me realize it could be over for me next year too.”

Linebacker NaVorro Bowman feels like he is at the last hurdle in his knee injury recovery.
