The 2015-2016 NBA season is almost here, and to get ready for all the action the new season will bring, SiriusXM NBA Radio is visiting the training camps of 11 teams, bringing fans updates, interviews and insights from some of the best in the game. NBA Radio recently stopped the camp of the Milwaukee Bucks, who are looking to build off a 2014-2015 season in which they more than doubled their previous year’s win total.

Michael Carter-Williams defended former 76ers teammate Joel Embiid amid rumors that the injured player hasn’t taken his rehab seriously.

“I wouldn’t say he didn’t take his rehab serious,” Carter-Williams said. “He’s young and he wants to be on the court. He’s antsy to get out there, just like any of us would want to be out there and compete. I didn’t see him take days off and not do anything with his rehab.”

Head coach Jason Kidd shared how the Bucks convinced Greg Monroe to come to Milwaukee.

“It was just more or less letting him know about Milwaukee and what we were trying to accomplish,” said Kidd. “We felt he fit in our system both on and off the floor, and up to this point he’s been great.”

Coming off a season-ending injury, Kidd expects Jabari Parker to be back on the court early on in the season.

“He looks extremely well right now on the floor,” said Kidd. “Early in the season he’ll make his debut, and we’ll go from there.”

Greivis Vasquez has high hopes for his former college team, the Maryland Terrapins, this season.
