Known for his signature hip-hop singles like Black and Yellow and Work Hard, Play Hard, Wiz Khalifa recently stopped by at SiriusXM Hip-Hop Nation to talk with Torae about everything from his old friend Mac Miller leaving Rostrum Records to his new single, We Dem Boyz.

This first single, which is set to appear on the forthcoming disc, Blacc Hollywood, exclusively features the Wiz, but Khalifa also had a lot to say regarding the many collaborations on his third studio album.

Khalifa also touched on the collaboration that fuels his record label, Taylor Gang Records, which boasts notables like rapper Juicy J, who is also the label’s co-owner.

“I have a really good team. It’s a close-knit team…We bounce everything off of each other,” Khalifa said. “On top of me being like an artist, I am a fan of my guys, and I got like sort of a vision of where I see them going, and I’ll do anything that it takes to get them to that point as long as they want to go.”
