Former New York Jets head coach Rex Ryan is one of the hottest names right now on the NFL market. Already, he can call among his suitors the San Francisco 49ers, Atlanta Falcons, Buffalo Bills, CBS and ESPN.

So which fit is the best fit for the man who led Mark Sanchez to back-to-back AFC Championship games? Yahoo! Sports’ Jay Busbee picked Atlanta this week on SiriusXM Bleacher Report Radio.

“I have liked the idea not only from a story telling, media perspective – because the guy is a never ending sound of stories all on his own – but from the Falcons’ perspective, I think it’s what the team needs,” Busbee said. “The team needs a defensive kick in the butt, without a doubt. The team’s two big needs are defense, and an offensive line. And if he can secure a defense, as we’ve seen … if you have a quality defense, you don’t need a huge offense. And the Falcons have a strong offensive component – they just have no defense right now.”

Ryan amassed a 46-50 regular-season record in six years at the helm in New York, including a 4-12 record in 2014.
