Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller talks to reporters Wednesday, July 26, 2017, in Englewood, Colo. The Broncos open NFL football training camp Thursday.

Von Miller is working with his third head coach with the Denver Broncos.

For the linebacker’s first four seasons after joining the Broncos as the second overall pick in 2011, it was John Fox. Then, in 2015 and 2016, it was Gary Kubiak, who led the Broncos to victory in Super Bowl 50, with Miller being selected the game’s MVP.

‘Whatever Coach wants me to do, I’m going to buy into it’

Now, it’s Vance Joseph. How is Miller getting along with yet another new man in charge?

“I just try to be a coach’s dream,” Miller told Jim Miller, Pat Kirwan and Ed McCaffrey during the SiriusXM NFL Radio training camp tour stop at Broncos’ camp. “I just try to be coachable. I just try to go in and make his job easier. And that’s the same thing I’m trying to do here with V.J. Whatever Coach wants me to do, I’m going to buy into it.

‘I’m going to try to be perfect when it comes to my job’

“All the roles that he wants me to fill, I’m going to do it. I’m going to go out there and I’m going to try to make plays, I’m going to try to be perfect when it comes to my job so I can make his job easier.”

As Kirwan pointed out, Broncos fans would prefer Miller not take a snap during the preseason so that he can be healthy for the regular season.

‘I go to the weight room, I work harder than I’ve ever worked before’

“Like I said, I’m a coach’s dream,” he said. “I come out here, I practice hard. I go to the weight room, I work harder than I’ve ever worked before. If I get in a preseason game, I’m going to play hard. So whatever Coach V.J., whatever they need me to do, I’m going to do it.”
