Tony Stewart on concussions: “There’s races I don’t even remember”

NASCAR star Tony Stewart joined SiriusXM NASCAR Radio on Thursday and shared candid moments about concussions he’s suffered while driving.

“I flew out of the park at Salem Speedway in Southern Indiana, had a concussion, drove another guy’s car and I don’t remember anything about the race,” Stewart told Claire B. Lang on Dialed In. “I don’t remember driving the car, I don’t remember anything, don’t remember going home, nothing.

He added: “But that’s what you had to do, that’s how I paid rent..that’s how I paid for groceries.”
