SiriusXM’s Elvis Radio (Ch. 19) honors the 40th anniversary of the King of Rock & Roll’s passing while celebrating his life, music and legacy.
SiriusXM will present an exclusive and historic Town Hall broadcast LIVE from Graceland with Priscilla Presley on Aug. 14 at 5:30 pm ET in the Guest House at Graceland Theater. Joining Priscilla will be Memphis Mafia member and best friend Jerry Schilling, singer/songwriter/actor Mac Davis along with expert Elvis musicologist and author Peter Guralnick.
For the 14th consecutive year, SiriusXM’s Elvis Radio will carry complete coverage of the live Candlelight Vigil on Aug. 15 at 9 pm ET.
The Elvis Presley Candlelight Vigil is a magnet for tens of thousands of Elvis fans from around the world to join in at Graceland so they can share their Elvis memories and pay their respects to the King of Rock & Roll. SiriusXM’s Elvis Radio has broadcast live coverage of the annual event every year since the channel’s launch in 2004.
Elvis Radio will also replay the 2017 Candlelight Vigil broadcast on Aug. 16 at 12 am ET and follow that with the historic 2007 30th Candlelight Vigil broadcast that featured an hour-long conversation with Elvis’ close friends George Klein and Larry Geller.
Starting on Aug. 11 and continuing through the nine days of Elvis Week events and activities, Elvis Radio will provide global coverage including reports, interviews and celebrity guest DJ shows with Guralnick, Norm N. Nite, and John Jackson with the Sony/Legacy’s Creative & Production team to share news about Elvis music releases.
Elvis Radio will also spotlight editions of the Elvis Quiz Show to be played on Aug. 11 and Aug. 18 at 1:30 pm ET, as well as the regularly scheduled George Klein Show on Aug. 11 and Aug. 18 at 4 pm ET.
As a special Elvis Week kick-off, Elvis TCB band leader and lead guitarist, James Burton will make a special LIVE guest DJ appearance as he records his James Burton Elvis Radio Hour in the brand new Elvis Radio studio at Elvis Presley’s Memphis entertainment complex at Graceland on Aug. 10 at 5 pm ET.

4 pm ET – George Klein kicks off the week with Elvis’ clothier Bernard Lansky’s son, Hal, and granddaughter, Julie. GK met Elvis in the 8th Grade at Hume High School and was a lifelong friend. Elvis was George’s best man and paid for his GK’s Las Vegas wedding.
