For this special 4th of July edition of our ’90s on 9 Back In The Day countdown, we’ve rounded up a variety of ’90s chart-topping songs from both the U.S. and U.K. Claiming the top spots are Mariah Carey with Dreamlover and Elton John with Candle In The Wind, circa 1997. Following close behind is Aerosmith, who don’t want to miss a spot on this countdown with I Don’t Want To Miss A Thing and the Spice Girls, who just ‘Wannabe’ on the list. Rounding out the top three are Nirvana with Smells Like Teen Spirit and Oasis with their ’95 smash hit Wonderwall.
