Another celebrity just pulled a Kanye West.

Stacey Dash threw her hat into the ring for the 2020 presidential race Monday on Dirty, Sexy, Funny with Jenny McCarthy. (Here’s hoping it’s Dionne’s iconic Clueless topper.)

“Is there a chance of you running for office someday in the future?” asked McCarthy, 43.

“Yes. Absolutely,” said Dash, 49.

“What would you run for?” McCarthy said.

“President,” Dash replied, adding that she’d campaign in 2020 and joking McCarthy’s husband Donnie Wahlberg could be her “veep.”

The actress turned Fox News host has come under fire for her conservative political views and comments about race.

When stars criticized last year’s Academy Awards for a lack of black nominees, Dash called for a boycott of the BET Awards, arguing, “Because we have to make up our minds. Either we want to have segregation or integration. … It’s a double standard.”

Still, Dash made an awkward appearance at the Oscars after host Chris Rock asked her to deliver a joke about Black History Month

“I did it because I wanted people to see I don’t take myself too seriously,” she explained to McCarthy. “I’m willing to make fun of myself. I’m willing to be the [butt] of the joke. Fine. It’s no big deal. Give me a break. But everyone in the audience, they sat there like aghast … because they take themselves so seriously. It’s like, oh come on, give me a break. No one here is Grace Kelly or Clark Gable, okay? So stop.”

Dash also defended her previous comment on open-gender bathroom laws, saying a journalist took her quote that people who “don’t know who they are” should “pee in the bushes” out of context.

“I believe it should stay the way it is. And I believe if you’re a transgender, right, you’re a woman, you decided to be a man, you use the men’s room,” she clarified. “You’re a man and you decided to become a woman, use the ladies’ room.”

Dash’s book, There Goes My Social Life: From Clueless to Conservative, is on shelves now. Dirty, Sexy, Funny with Jenny McCarthy airs weekdays from 10 am to 12 pm ET on SiriusXM Stars (Ch. 109).
