It was an exciting night in college basketball Tuesday, as two thrilling games unfolded featuring four of the nation’s top five schools; No. 2 Michigan State knocked off top-ranked Kentucky, 78-74, and fifth-ranked Kansas beat No. 4 Duke, 94-83.

SiriusXM College Sports Nation was all over the action, and spoke with players from both the Spartans and Jayhawks.

Kansas guard Wayne Selden Jr. talked about the keys to his team’s win over Duke.

“We played better defense at the end,” Selden said. “I felt like we got good key stops, we got key rebounds.”

Michigan State forward Adreian Payne spoke about the importance of the win over the Wildcats.

“It was a great win, it was good for Michigan State and our program,” Payne said. “It just shows how good Michigan State’s program is.”

College Sports Coast to Coast airs on College Sports Nation weeknights on channel 91.
