Aaron Hernandez was led out of his house in handcuffs Tuesday morning after being arrested by Massachusetts state and local police in connection with a recent homicide. Shortly after the arrest, Hernandez’s now-former team, the New England Patriots, released the tight end.

Schein on Sports host Adam Schein gave the Patriots a “ton of credit” for the move, adding, “This is bad, and it’s only going to get worse.

“Here is one of the best offensive tight ends in the NFL, and the Patriots don’t even wait [for charges],” Schein said. “They know this guy is a bad guy, and a bad seed, and involved in something horrific.”

Hear more of Schein’s thoughts below, including how this is a reminder of the “Patriot way,” and listen to Schein on Sports weekdays at 10 am ET on Mad Dog Radio, SiriusXM channel 89.
