A word of advice: Don’t follow Ross Tucker on Twitter on NFL Sunday. He’ll spoil your day.

Tucker correctly picked 14 of 16 NFL games in Week 2 of SiriusXM’s Pigskin Pick’em. The 14-2 showing followed up a 13-3 opening week, giving Tucker a 27-5 two-week record; good for first among SiriusXM hosts, and tied for first among all 11,000-plus participants.

Following Tucker are five hosts and channels at 25-7, including Week 1 leader Steve Phillips, who went 11-5 in Week 2:

  1. Ross Tucker (27-5)
  2. Derek VanRiper (25-7)
  3. Doria Biddle (25-7)
  4. Pete Pistone (25-7)
  5. Steve Phillips (25-7)
  6. The Agenda (25-7)

Other notable SiriusXM hosts after Week 2:

Rich Davis, co-host of the new Bleacher Report Radio on SiriusXM Sports Zone, isn’t far behind the leaders at 24-8.

The co-president of Busted Open Nation, Doug Mortman, is tied with the two Lances, Bass and Medow, at 22-10.

Fellow Busted Open Nation co-president Dave LaGreca and Schein on Sports host Adam Schein are each 21-11.

Mike Babchik and Stanley T could use some help, each barely above-.500 at 18-14.

Of course, who am I to talk: A 9-7 week, not at all helped by my homer Jets pick over the Patriots on Thursday Night Football, has me limping along at 17-15.

(We’re just kidding, by the way. Follow Ross Tucker. Even Steelers fans.)
