Bad news, contenders: If you’re looking for starting pitching at the MLB trade deadline, you’re probably not going to find it, says SiriusXM’s Jim Bowden.

Bowden broke down the pitching market on Inside Pitch on SiriusXM MLB Network Radio Tuesday, and said that oft-injured Chicago Cubs starter Matt Garza might be the best arm available.

As for bats, Bowden pointed out several players from the Chicago White Sox, Seattle Mariners, Minnesota Twins, Milwaukee Brewers and New York Mets as potential movers, including Paul Konerko, Raul Ibanez, Justin Morneau and Rickie Weeks.

Listen to Bowden’s full thoughts below, and catch Inside Pitch weekdays at 2 pm ET on Sirius channel 209 and XM channel 89.
