The NBA’s best active scorer, and one of the premier post defenders of the 1990s.

Not a bad couple of guests on your first show for SiriusXM NBA Radio.

Spike Lee launched his own show, Spike Lee’s Best Seat in the House, Thursday on SiriusXM. For the debut episode, he sat down with Kevin Durant and Charles Oakley.

Spike spoke with Durant about his on- and off-court relationship with Miami Heat forward LeBron James. Durant said that off the court they are friends, but on the court, Durant doesn’t like James “at all.”

Durant also told Spike that he still feels there’s room to improve, pointing specifically to his strength and his post-up game.

Oakley played for Spike’s favorite team, the New York Knicks, in the 1990s. The two dished about the current Knicks squad – namely the low basketball IQ of one unnamed scorer.

Spike Lee’s Best Seat in the House airs every other week at 7 pm ET on SiriusXM NBA Radio, channel 217.
