“To this day nobody in your band has fully taken credit or blame for doing it, but I have my suspicions,” Trunk said.

He may not be a rock star himself, but Eddie Trunk is no stranger to rock star behavior. As a rock historian, he’s quite famliar with the antics and debauchery that often accompany the “rock star lifestyle.” On Thursday’s episode of Never Meet Your Heroes, Trunk recalled a funny story about when he was on the road with host Scott Ian and his band Anthrax.

During a tour stop in England, Trunk had jet-lag and was hoping to get some rest. When he got back to his room, however, rest was not an option.

“I remember going back to my room — I don’t know if we went out for drinks or food or whatever — and [I was] just exhausted and wiped out from the jet-lag. I got in my sheets and they were soaking wet,” Trunk recalled. “And then I looked around and there was shaving cream all over the walls and all over everything and the bed was soaked with water. I didn’t know what the f**k had happened.”

But that wasn’t the end of the prank, as Trunk had another surprise waiting for him in the bathroom.

“I went into the bathroom and somebody dropped a huge deuce and didn’t flush the toilet,” he recalled.

To this day, Trunk still hasn’t found the person or persons responsible.

“I later found out that was called a ‘pirate attack’ and to this day, nobody in your band has fully taken credit or blame for doing it, but I have my suspicions,” he told Ian.

For the record, Ian owned up to participating in the water-throwing, but he wouldn’t reveal who was behind the dastardly deed.

Never Meet Your Heroes, hosted by Scott Ian, featuring Eddie Trunk will premiere on Thursday, Dec. 15 at 7 p.m. ET on VOLUME (Ch. 106).
