Leading up to and during the MLB All-Star Game in Cincinnati, there was no shortage of talk about New York Yankees’ third basemen Alex Rodriguez‘s exclusion from the AL roster. After all, A-Rod’s had a very productive comeback season for the Bronx Bombers, hitting .278 with 18 homers and 51 runs batted.

But according to AL All-Star and Detroit Tigers ace David Price, Rodriguez had no place at the game at Great American Ballpark. Why? The dimensions of Yankee Stadium resemble the venue of the Little League World Series.

“Alex Rodriguez hits in Williamsport,” Price said on SiriusXM Bleacher Report Radio. “So no, he does not deserve to be an All-Star whatsoever.”
