Cinco de Mayo has several origins: 1) Mexican-American communities in the West celebrating freedom and democracy in the first years of the Civil War; 2) commemorating the Mexican army’s victory over the French at the Battle of Puebla in 1862; 3) a good ol’ celebration of Mexican heritage and pride. (I mean, the holiday might very well be another excuse for Americans to consume margaritas before noon, but whatever. Moving on.)

SiriusXM is raising a glass to Cinco de Mayo this year by featuring a few different programming options on Caliente, Águila, and Ozzy’s Boneyard. Read on to see what’s in store!
