Who Let The Dogs Out. Tubthumping. Gangnam Style. There comes a time in most songs’ existences that, like the great athletes and coaches in sports, they need to be retired.

Monday on SiriusXM’s Bleacher Report Radio, Covino and Rich reviewed a list of such songs curated by Bleacher Report writer Dan Carson. One of the songs on Carson’s list: Katy Perry’s single Roar, which was recently adopted by the Cincinnati Bengals.

“It’s more of a WNBA song maybe,” Covino said. “It’s a great song, but I think for female sports.”

Covino and Rich continued to debate more of the earworms on Carson’s list, including Macklemore’s Can’t Hold Us and Unbelievable by EMF.

Bleacher Report Radio with Covino and Rich airs weekdays at 11 am ET SiriusXM Sports Zone.
