Barbra Streisand is returning to SiriusXM! The Barbra Streisand Channel, an exclusive limited-run channel featuring the works of the EGOT-winning (actually EGGOT when we count her many Golden Globes!) artist, will launch Sept. 6 on Ch. 18.

A special SiriusXM Town Hall with Barbra Streisand, hosted by actor Patrick Wilson, airs on Wednesday, Sept. 7 at 5 p.m. ET on The Barbra Streisand Channel. In anticipation of the event, we’re premiering this behind-the-scenes video of the duo recording the song Loving You from Streisand’s new album Encore: Movie Partners Sing Broadway.

Originally launched on SiriusXM in September 2014, The Barbra Streisand Channel will feature music spanning Streisand’s legendary career, from her 1963 debut through her new album Encore: Movie Partners Sing Broadway, which is scheduled to be released on Aug. 26. Streisand, one of the best-selling artists of all time with the most number one albums of any woman, will give listeners exclusive commentary and reflection on the rare tribute to a lifetime of song.

The channel is fully dedicated to Streisand’s extensive body of work, including selections from her live and studio recordings. Listeners will also hear songs personally selected by Streisand from her catalog, spanning 50 years.

The limited-run channel kicks off Sept. 6 at 5 p.m. ET and runs through Tuesday, Oct. 4, via satellite on Ch. 18 and through the SiriusXM app on smartphones and other connected devices, as well as online at siriusxm.com.
