Adele celebrates new album, 25, with intimate listener Q&A on The Spectrum

A few weeks ago the world was blessed with the first piece of new music from our favorite cheeky Brit soul singer Adele. With her new song Hello, the ten-time Grammy Award winner marked her return to the spotlight after three years and set the record for most digital copies sold within a week of release in the US. It became No. 1 in 26 countries and the video for it broke the VEVO record by achieving more than 27.7 million views within a 24-hour span, beating Taylor Swift’s monumental Bad Blood video.

To say the world (and the music industry) is excited for new material from the singer would be an understatement. Luckily we are just days away from the Nov. 20 release of her upcoming third studio album, 25, named for the age at which she began writing the record.

In celebration, Adele sat down for an intimate Q&A session with a select group of listeners for a Town Hall series at SiriusXM’s New York studios. The special features Adele answering questions from fans about her celebrated career and the new album.

What makes Adele so great is that she engaged with each fan who asked her a question, asking them about their lives as well. Among the topics discussed was her relationship with her mother, her favorite thing about being a mom herself, which new artists she’s listening to, how she feels about body image, whether she has plans for a U.S. tour and more.
