Charlie Murphy, the comedian brother of Eddie Murphy, has died at the age of 57.

He found fame on Comedy Central’s Chappelle’s Show, starred in movies like The Hustle and and most recently appeared in the TV show PowerThe comic was also a Navy veteran, according to a tweet from the U.S. Department of Defense.

Celebrities like Chris Rock, Ice Cube, and Kevin Hart paid tribute to Charlie on Twitter.
