Being a celebrity means constant exposure — for you and your family.
Jessica Alba explained how she taught daughters, Haven and Honor, from a young age not to be scared by the mob of paparazzi following them around Hollywood.
“The way I always kind of approached it was with them — certainly in the beginning — was like, it happens to everyone, it’s not a big deal, and I would never get anxious or angry in front of them around it,” she said Thursday on The Jenny McCarthy Show. “I just kind of acted like hey, this happens to everyone, it’s kind of annoying, you know. And that’s it. So they never really felt an anxiety about it because I knew I couldn’t prevent it from happening, and it allowed them to not feel like they were being attacked every time we leave the house.”
The Jenny McCarthy Show airs weekdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. ET on SiriusXM Stars (Ch. 109).
