Mike Church responds to plea from father of one of Elliot Rodger’s victims

May 27, 2014

We have yet another act of random killing by an individual who seemed totally detached from society. Elliot Rodger went off and killed six people to get back at what he saw as a world that hated him. Below, Mike listens to the emotional plea on CNN of Richard Martinez, the father of one of Rodger’s victims, asking our leaders to do something to protect people from these violent events.

Mike discusses what we as a society could be doing to prevent these attacks, insisting he does not want the government to intervene as many do. While it’s unfair to place the blame on one particular aspect of our lives, to Mike the removal of God from everything is a good place to start.

Mike Church brings his passion for the history of America and our Founding Founders to the air each and every weekday and has written, produced, and directed three one-of-a-kind docu-dramas including “The Road to Independence,” “The Fame of Our Fathers” and the full length feature film “The Spirit of 76.” Mike’s daily show is characterized by jam-packed phone lines and a free-thinking spirit – opposing the occupation of Afghanistan, 97% of the Federal Government’s agencies and bureaus and the entire Federal Reserve system and all its myriad creations. In short, The Mike Church Show leads the way for others to follow.

On his live, daily call-in show Mike Church fearlessly skewers liberalism and the people that practice it. It’s conservative analysis of today’s top issues with a biting, satirical wit. The Mike Church Show airs Monday – Friday from 6 – 9 am ET exclusively on SiriusXM Patriot, Ch. 125. Mike broadcasts from Mandeville, Louisiana, a suburb of New Orleans.
