The list:

  6. Joey Votto shuts everybody up with a rebound season
  7. Dustin Pedroia finishes in the top three in AL MVP voting
  8. Josh Willingham winds up as one of the most sought-after trade deadline targets
  9. Evan Gattis will be on fantasy baseball waiver wires by June 1
  10. Andre Ethier will finish as a top 30 outfielder
