Arizona Diamondbacks 2014 spring training report from MLB Network Radio

March 10, 2014

MLB Network Radio‘s Spring Training Tour rolled into Scottsdale, Ariz., on Tuesday, where Casey Stern visited with the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Arizona Diamondbacks 2014 outlook

While the Dodgers and Giants seem to grab most of the NL West’s headlines, the Arizona Diamondbacks are hoping to build on their .500 season in 2013 with a new and improved bullpen that features the support of Oliver Perez and Addison Reed in the ninth inning. MVP runner-up Paul Goldschmidt now has lineup protection in the form of Mark Trumbo. If Arizona makes a serious run in 2014, it will likely be because of what they get from potential future ace Archie Bradley.
